Essential Care R3,500 per month
Core updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring, health checks and a defined support allocation.
Business Care R7,500 per month
Adds more proactive performance work, content support, reporting and a larger technical support allocation.
Enterprise Care R12,500 per month
For higher-risk, higher-traffic or business-critical sites needing deeper monitoring, priority response and more substantial monthly capacity.
Remediation or emergency recovery Quoted separately
Malware removal, compromised-site recovery, major repairs and inherited technical debt fall outside routine monthly maintenance.
